How do I place an order?

Click the "Order Now" button on the top right corner of our website. It will direct you to our online ordering system. Fill in your information on the site and confirm your payment with our admin via Whatsapp. 

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Confirm your order and payment between 8 AM and 2 PM (Jakarta time) and we'll deliver your cake the very same day. We bake all our cakes fresh to order, so it will take around 4-5 hours from receiving payment confirmation for the cake to be ready!

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Jakarta and Tangerang directly to your recipient's doorstep. Contact us if you're unsure whether we reach your area. 

Can I order from outside Indonesia?

Absolutely. Many of our customers order from abroad to surprise loved ones in Jakarta. We handle everything and send you a photo confirming successful delivery for complete peace of mind.

How do I pay?

For local orders, we normally receive payments via local bank transfer, but for International customers, we do accept credit cards for a seamless and secure checkout.

Is the delivery time exact?

The delivery slot you choose is our best estimate rather than a guaranteed time, as Jakarta traffic can be unpredictable, so we truly appreciate your patience. If your cake needs to arrive by a specific time, we recommend picking it up yourself or arranging your own driver/Gojek to pick it up. You're always welcome to check with us beforehand.

How does delivery to a mall or apartment work?

For malls and high-rise buildings, please have someone ready to meet our driver in the lobby, as drivers can only deliver up to the lobby area.

Can I customize my cake or add a message?

Although we are not able to customize words on the cake itself, but we can print a customized greetings card message for your loved ones. Let us know your preferences and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do your cakes contain allergens?

Our cakes may contain dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, and alcohol. Please let us know about any allergies before ordering.

How long can I keep the cake, and what’s the best way to store it?

Our cakes are made fresh without preservatives, so they are best enjoyed within 3 days of delivery. Please keep your cakes refrigerated, and for the best texture, take it out 15 minutes before serving to bring back its soft and fluffy texture.
