Your order will always be in perfect condition as they leave our bakehouse, but sometimes things do happen on the road. If you've selected a third party service for your delivery method, we will not bear any responsibility for any damages done by all the third party couriers. Self-pickup will always be the best option if you want to avoid any delivery issues!

Cancellation

We offer free cancellation minimum 48 hours before the delivery date. For Same Day orders, please contact us on Whatsapp to see if you're still eligible for a cancellation.
