Delivery
Your order will always be in perfect condition as it leaves our bakehouse, but sometimes things do happen on the road. If you've selected a third party service for your delivery method, we will not bear any responsibility for any damages done by third party couriers. Self-pickup will always be the best option if you want to avoid any delivery issues.
Cancellation
We offer free cancellation a minimum of 48 hours before the delivery date. For same-day orders, please contact us on WhatsApp to see if you're still eligible for a cancellation.
